If you're a Homeowner, you can sign up through your mortgage agent or register yourself on our website. Agents receive access through their brokerage.
Homeowners do not have a password, their verified email is sufficient for access.
Agents can click the "Forgot Password" link in the Agent Portal page and follow the instructions to reset the password via email.
No, you should continue using the email you originally signed up with.
Mortgage data is imported from brokerage records and external sources to ensure accuracy.
Updates can occur automatically based on brokerage data imports and be updated.
Updates occur initially when your address is provided then on a monthly basis afterwards.
Property values are calculated using market data and valuation models, but may not reflect real-time appraisal values.
Homeowners and Agents can override any mortgage data if they have more accurate information than exists in our system.
Your digest is sent automatically to your registered email.
Currently, the digest includes key mortgage details and property value estimates, but future updates may allow customization.

Yes, you can click unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of our emails.
Contact service@centum.ca to correct the email template if an error or issue is found.

It will only appear on the submission agents admin panel, but the other agent can add it manually.
Agents can only see funded deals through CENTUM or they must be added manually.
You will not have access to the deals in Mortgage Monitor regardless as they were not funded through CENTUM.
If the deal code is original or new, they won’t show in Mortgage Monitor.
You can manually add those past deals using the "Add Mortgage" feature in Mortgage Monitor, allowing them to be visible and tracked within the system.
No, Mortgage Monitor does not currently support customization of the email template. It is not intended to replace your CRM or email marketing platform.
Your name, title, brokerage, license number, email, and phone number are automatically populated as the signature and sender of the Mortgage Monitor email.
If the AVM is unavailable, Mortgage Monitor will provide up to 10 address options that may match the property. This ensures the system can continue to provide relevant information. If you encounter an error, please contact service@centum.ca.
Mortgage Monitor currently displays the best available 0-80% Loan-to-Value (LTV) channel rate as "5-Year Refinance Rates as low as."
You can edit the mortgage loan data in the source origination platform (e.g., Filogix Expert, Scarlett, Finmo, etc.). Once updated, please allow 24 hours for changes to appear in Mortgage Monitor. Alternatively, you can use the "edit" function in Mortgage Monitor.
By default, all deals originated in Scarlett and with referral fees paid should show in Mortgage Monitor. In some cases, your Brokerage Owner/Principal Broker may need to provide additional data consent for Filogix, Finmo, Velocity, etc. or– it could also be the email address in the deal origination system is not the same as the email CENTUM has on file and therefore the deals will not display in Mortgage Monitor.
Sometimes, an instant AVM may not be available. Each month, we submit a list of missing AVMs to our data provider for updates. Please check again after one month.
Contact your prior brokerage and request that they sign the "Brokerage Data Consent" agreement, which authorizes Centum Financial Group Inc. to access their mortgage deal data so you can view your prior deals in Mortgage Monitor.
At this time, email delivery is designed to occur automatically and isn't restricted based on the AVM confidence level. While we understand the desire to control communication based on a single data point, it's important to note that the property report offers much more than just an updated price estimate. It provides valuable insights your clients may still appreciate, even if the AVM confidence is lower. Automatically excluding these reports based solely on confidence level could result in missed opportunities to keep your clients informed and engaged.
If your mortgage was imported by an agent, it should already be linked. If you do not have an agent, please sign up with your email on the front page to begin your process.

Yes, if you have multiple properties, they will appear under your account.
You can share the link to your Homeowner Report, but be sure to only share it with those you trust.
